Dynamics CRM Supportability and Compatibility Matrix
I realized that, again and again, I had to go into the planning guides, rollups guides or others to get the same information about what is supported by which version of Dynamics CRM.
So, I decided to formalize and place it here so all this information is in one place.
I will try to keep it as current as possible following the different product releases.
Note that it only concerns supportability and compatibility versus Dynamics CRM and not of the other products; for example CRM 4.0 did support XP SP2 at release time but while CRM 4.0 is still in general support, XP SP2 itself is now at extended support level.
Note: Since writing that article, I found out a KB Article with the same kind of information, you can find it here

New CRM Whitepaper on deploying between environments
Microsoft has released a new whitepaper about Deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and CRM Online Solutions from Development through Test and Production Environments, you can download it from here.
Actually I am a bit dubious about the section related to workflows references between environments, as there's ways to fully automate this as well but I couldn't find it in the document.
CRM 2011 SDK 5.0.7 is now available
In relation to the availability of the Update Rollup 5 earlier this week, an update to the CRM 2011 SDK has been released, you can download it from here.
This update adds a lot (more than 15) sampe codes like Activity Feeds, Office 365 connectivity, Audit User Access,... so it's really a must have.
Note that the Hands-on labs have been removed from the sdk, but are still accessible from the Developer Training Kit.
CRM 4.0 Rollup 19 has been released
RU19 for CRM 4.0 has just been released, you can download it from here.
As it's a cumulative update, it contains all fixes from RU1 to RU18, but here's the list of the specific fixes included
