The Microsoft CRM 2011 Virtual machines have been made available on PartnerSource (LiveId Login required).
As MSCRM 2011 is only x64 based, you will need a virtualization software enabling x64 virtualization.
That means running your machine with Windows Server 2008 with Hyper-V enabled or instead using Virtual Box (my personal favorite in that configuration) or VMWare on a client OS like Windows 2007 as Virtual PC does NOT support x64 virtualization.
